Angela Deal, LMSW
 Angela Deal is a licensed therapist who works with children, adolescents and families facing a multitude of issues. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University, and has eight years of experience in the field. Whether it be depression, anxiety, attention problems, behavioral disorders, grief/loss issues, coping with traumatic experiences, and/or adjusting to changes in their lives, Angel feels confident that she can work with children and find ways to help them "feel better", "be happier", or find relief using play therapy strategies and cognitive and/or behavioral therapy. Her approach to treatment is both creative and flexible, which she finds most effective in addressing mental health issues while building a level of trust and comfort in session. She works hand-in-hand with each child while building partnerships with parents. Angela brings a great deal of enthusiasm and dedication to therapy, and believes that in a playful way each child is empowered to be their own agent of change. |
